| On this cruise from Juneau to Prince Rupert, British Columbia, you will be stunned by beauty and experiences daily. Visit Tracy Arm, a striking fjord that leads to the spectacular Twin Sawyer glaciers. Frederick Sound will bring whale sightings, while dockage in Petersburg will bring you closer to a charming community with Norwegian flair! From there we will cruise the intricate Wrangell Narrows, home to rich salmon runs, bald eagles, harbor porpoise and seals. On the other side of the Narrows you will find yourself in Misty Fjords National Monument, one of the most inspiring places on the route. We will comb the shoreline, hemmed in by 3,000 foot sheer granite cliffs, search for Tlingit pictographs on the rocks, and listen for whistling bald eagles, popular residents of this area. Then off to Ketchikan and the unusual Creek Street. From Ketchikan it's straight to Canada and an amazing trip will have been had by all. |
