47' Bayliner
| This is the perfect vessel for cruising the waters of SE Alaska. She is fitted with all the comforts & conveniences for gracious and easy relaxing cruising in our spectacularly beautiful archipelago. The boat is complete and ready to go, the bunks are made and there are plenty of towels aboard. Just load your grub and beverages, buy your fishing licenses and off you go. Allow half a day to outfit, take the other half and visit some of the unique local areas around Juneau whether it be the shopping, local sights or visiting the spectacular Mendenhall glacier. The vessel cruises at 16 knots, using 15 gallons an hour for an approx. range of 260 miles. There are villages and small communities out there on the cruising grounds for fuel and food stops so your travel range is never a problem. The hard bottom inflatable is great for the beach picnics and beach combing. If you are out by Elfin Cove, don't forget to stop by and hike to the world war II gun emplacement that protected the Inside Passage. The vessel is available for summer charter, May through September. For bear and deer hunters, the earlier and later times can be done with advance notice. |
